How do I handle shot when I need to do it a bit later?

Is anywhere 15 - 20 minutes later ok? And then return to normal schedule in the morning?

Yes, within 15 minutes is OK

Yep, you could even shoot up to 30 minutes late and shoot the normal time the next cycle. Anything over that would not be advised.
