Does anyone know anything about the Home 360 Pet food sold by Food Lion and Harvey's supermarkets? The label reads the same as Friskies Fancy Feast classics but, I can find nothing about it other than it's cheaper.

Hi Sally and Mugsy. :-D
I don't know anything about Home 360 Pet Food. I have been buying Sophisticat at 38 cents for a 5.5 oz can at PetsMart, but they are really far away for me, so I stocked up. And certain flavors are really low carb. So that's an option, if you have a PetsMart somewhere near you.

 Mainly, I just wanted to say "Hi" and Happy Holidays, and it's good to see you, and I see some really nice numbers for Mugsy recently. You are doing a good job, and congratulations on the dosecrease

Thanks Dyana but, Petsmart is too far away to make it worthwhile. We have a Harveys/Food Lion in town where I've been buying FF and they ran out of the chicken flavor so, I tried the store label "Home 360 Pet" because the labels read almost identical. He liked it too much (for him) so, I wondered if anyone knew of any hidden ingredients (like Chinese melamine or carbs or gluten) that aren't listed. I tried online but, other than the store BS there is nothing on this label.

Thanks for the greeting and yes, Mugs is finally doing well. I added chromium to his food plus he gets a Pepsid a day for his tummy and toothbrushing twice a week. Lori and I are working out the doses to keep him on track and hopefully finally stabilized. The chromium gave him a pattern we could work with, at last.

Happy New Year everyone

Sally:

Usually, you need to contact the manufacturer in order to get the "as fed" values. The numbers on the can are the guaranteed analysis and are given in terms of minimums or maximums. They won't help you when it comes to figuring out the actual percent of carbs.

If you are looking for a less expensive source, have you tried PetFood Direct? They are an online merchant and their prices are less than at a store and they frequently run sales.

1/4 Pepsid, of course - WCF.

I'm not looking for a cheaper source - just whether anyone knows anything bad about this food. I usually buy FF but, they ran out of chicken.

I do not really know if its the chromium you decided to put him on or we have finally got lucky, but his numbers do look so much better.

Since no one evidently knows anything about this food brand I guess this post is closed. Thanks anyway and Happy New Year to you all.
