Hey guys! Just a reminder that with Christmas tomorrow, the next few days may be light around here. I'll be around this afternoon and evening, and I'll make sure to check in tomorrow (though not at my normal early hour!). My BF is off tomorrow, so I won't be around as much as usual, though. Then I should be around this weekend and he heads back to work. I believe the others will be around occasionally too.

If you have an emergency, you may want to post here and on Health to make sure you get more eyes.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas, if that's the holiday you celebrate! And if not...well I hope you have a wonderful day off work. ;) That's worth celebrating!

Murphy is being the same - insanity is trying the same thing again and again and hoping for a different outcome? I'm starting trying tiki cat tuna &chicken wet food - it's 0 carbs and low fat. I gave 1 tsp at breakfast and he ate it on the ibdkitties Facebook page, it was suggested that the carraggen in canned food might set him off - so tiki cat is carrageen (sp?) free - so we'll try that slowly - other than that, he ate his dry that is supposed to be low carb but increases his sugars - so status quo but thanks for asking
How was your Christmases? Now getting set for New Years. I hate New Years Eve.
 
Hope the Tiki cat works. I've been trying to use foods without carageenan too but there aren't very many of them. It's getting harder and harder to find a good food as I add things I want in them (or not in them)

Christmas was nice. Hot and grey, but I'll take that over the weather in some other areas -N. Alabama had tornados. I hate New Year's Eve too. Fortunately my neighbors aren't home this year. Their fireworks spook the horses!
 
The tornadoes luckily passed just South and just North of us. Flash flooding pretty much everywhere from what I heard. I was lucky...we weren't expecting such bad weather yesterday. Thanks for asking, Sharon!
 
Rachel - so thankful you are safe such weather!!! Glad we all made it though Christmas 2015 ok. Thanks for the kind thoughts everyone Bobbie - can't believe you got a 109 as a amps!! wow
 
A sweet Solstice swing to all - the days will now get longer!!! (I find it really hard to wake up in the dark!)

That 109 was short lived. He bounced like crazy and despite getting both Lantus and R and he is still bouncing! I just gave him some more R at +6.5. What a roller coaster! Tomorrow is his dose increase day and sometimes he shoot high with that. sigh.
