Sorry this is a duplicate, I didn't think my first one posted and I rewrote and couldn't figure out how to delete this, only edit. I am thinking another bump up? Bubba didn't get into the blue at all yesterday as he had done the previous two days. Not a whole lot of difference in the +5 to + 8 area. After PMPS, I got a +5 reading and another one at +10. My trusty old bladder failed to wake me up at the + 8 area but did get a reading at +10. Note: he started the day trying to hack up a hairball, so not sure if that set the tone for higher numbers all day or not. Should I take it up to 1.4?
 
You could nudge upwards to 1.4 if you're around to monitor. I see the preshots are starting to come down on 1.2, but there's still room. You're getting some really nice nadirs, so I would say just make sure you can check when you go up to ensure he doesn't drop too low. :)

Okay, thanks Rachel. I already dosed him this AM. Do you think I should wait till tomorrow AM to increase since nights are lower for their BG ?
 
I agree with Rachel on the increase. The insulin is working; he could drop a little more overall.

For the duplicate, you should be able to go to the other post, choose Edit and then delete post, I think.

@Sue and Oliver (GA) , I did go to edit but did not see a delete options; all I could do was edit it. Do you think it would be prudent to wait till tomorrow AM to do the increase rather than this PM so I can monitor better during the day?
 
You can notify a moderator and ask them to do it. Or you could edit it, say that it is a duplicate post and ask people to reply on your other one. Provide a link to it by copying the url of the one you want to use and adding it.
 
I answered on your other post too. Here it is: I think you are correct in your assumptions. A 0.2 increase i.e. 1.4u sounds like a good idea. It's great for you to be able to monitor like you are. Good job on the U100! I have been using them for a long time and I always, still today, double check the conversion table and again before I shoot.
