It's been a few years since the wonderful people on this board helped me stay sane, and saved the life of my Charlie. He went OTJ after about 6 weeks and never looked back. However, he couldn't beat that creeping renal insufficiency and crossed the Rainbow Bridge late Wednesday night. My heart hurts.

I've said before that the diabetes I can handle, but the KIDNEYS, those stupid kidneys...
