Renee, it will help if you'll start entering your numbers on the spreadsheet....were you able to access it after I set it up for you?
It opens for me, but there are no entries on it yet.
I really think you were probably started too low with the Lantus...if she was getting 11U of Vestulin, we should probably increase that quite a bit and then have you get at least 4-6 tests per day in (if you can) so we can see what's going on
I'd like to suggest going up to 4U on Butterscotch in the morning. Get a Pre-Shot test in, feed her and give her shot (all within about 5-10 minutes) .....then get another test somewhere between +4 and +7 (4 to 7 hours after the morning shot) and then if you can, maybe get another test at about +9/10

I have tried many times to use the spreadsheet. It's not going to work for me. Thanks for all your help. I can't figure it out. I've never used one before.

Are you using a computer or your phone? Have you downloaded the app Google Sheets?
Are you having trouble opening the spreadsheet, or you just are having trouble understanding how it's organized, like what all the column mean?
If you have a paper you write your numbers and times on someone could set it all up for you or maybe explain what to do more clearly.
It definitely sounds like you need a dose increase.
