Hi everyone,
I carefully read everything I could about CRf, thinking maybe my cat was getting closer to stage 1, but the blood results don't show what normally points out at CRf.

Bun is 26.4
CRE is 1.64
PHOS is 4.03
And looking at my cat's evolution of blood tests I can see that NA+ has been getting higher and higher (but still within normal range) 152 mmol/L

Does this look like CRf to you guys ?
Since people with CRf cats normally switch to a low phosphorus food I thought I could do that, but since my cat's phosphorus level are completely normal I dont know if i'm about to do something stupid!

What is the urine specific gravity? That is a better indicator of early kidney problems.
Also, what are the normal ranges for the items above.

I still haven't done that test. Last Friday they were supposed to take some urine from her, but she had nothing! I knew she had gone to her litter box before I left the apartment, but it was too late when I noticed it!
Next monday I shall arrange something with another vet or something cuz they tell me I can just bring them the urine, but it has to be done in less than an hour (and it takes me 1hour and 15 minutes by train to get there!) so this is not an option. I'll ask them if they can collaborate with another vet somewhere closer to where I live!

BUN 9.3 : normal : is 3.6 to 10.7 ( X 2.8 to get the US value )
CRE 145 : normal is : 27 to 140 (but at my other vet, the normal range was set between 27 and 186!) ( ÷ 88.36 for US value)
PHOS 1.30 : normal is 1.10 to 2.74 (X 3.1 for US value)
NA+ 152 : normal is 142 to 164
