No I used it as supplementary, some of the varieties were medium carb do I used them when George went too low.

Take a look at thrive, they're stuff has no weird additives. George gets the shredded chicken, and tuna and salmon, they are shredded in broth but both are complete foods. There are some other flavours.

Kattovit sensitive is also well tolerated.

do you have some though what it is in the food that is causing the issue?
We don't have Thrive here.

what in the food could cause the issue? there is a lot stuff in the components list but i don't really know what they are, a lot of Es...

Do you get zooplus? I order it from zooplus.de (German store) the Spanish store doesn't stock it.

I had a quick look, it has corn starch, ! believe that can be an allergen for some cats. It has a lot of additives. Since George's diabetes and learning a bit more about feel me nutrition, I look for brands that are as natural as possible, made from human grade meat rather than 'recovered' meat.

I use that one too, it's relatively low in phosphorus, and George has CKD, that's why I started using it.

I've seen many positive reviews from people using it with cats with delicate tummies. It's a pate type food. George really likes it. I haven't found it to have questionable ingredients.
