Hi Everyone
My name is Cristina and my kitty is Moomoo.
I guess I should have posted an introduction back on December 8th, but I think with the overwhelm of Moomoo's diagnosis, I completely missed reading some of the info. on getting started. Luckily I have been helped by some very kind members on the Lantus of the Forum community in the past few days and without them I think I would have lost my marbles! I have felt quite alone since my vet states that she does not know how to advise me after I refused to increase his dose to 1 unit after seeing him collapse. I'm hoping that with some support and guidance from the community, that I will be able to help my most beloved boy of 17.5 years, Moomoo feel his best and have a good quality of life. I feel very lucky to have found this community and look forward to sharing and helping others as I learn along the way.

Welcome! We are here to help.
Hi Janet! Great video! I watched your video before becoming a member and it really decreased my anxiety about poking Moomoo's ears. I got over that pretty quickly and it is empowering to have data which decreases the anxiety even more!

Welcome Cristina and Moomoo. I have noticed your posts in other forums, and you are definitely in the right place. Most of us started out knowing either nothing or next to nothing about how to help our sugar cats. The information, advice and support are right here. Since you are so new, when you have time, go back to the Home page and read the "Getting Started" and the "Education" sections on the right side of the page. You may not have had time for some other basics in the scramble to learn immediately how to treat and care for Moomoo. Wishing you the best going forward, hugs and scritches to Moomoo. :cat:
