Hello everyone I am from Georgia, my husband and I are owned by a 12 year old very sweet kitty that was just diagnosed with having diabetes. The vet at first was optimal but after her latest blood glucose test today it was confirmed. I have been doing alot of research on Feline Diabetes and happened upon this site. I am thankful to have found a site to where I can find answers to a zillion questions that I have had and trying to learn all about Feline Diabetes so that we can better take care of our Candi.:)

Let us know a little bit more about Candi, does she have any other issues besides diabetes ? what insulin is the vet recommending? what is she eating?

I suggest you post your questions in the main health forum where more eyes can take a look and ask all you want.
