That's the Asher we know and love! Well, Carl was right on with the dose reduction. You wanted lower numbers and you got them - too bad they come at night, Donna.

LOL, when I read the subject line, my first impulse was to say "Hey wait a minute, it's only been a couple days..... she better not be changing the dose already because the numbers are all wonky!!!" :mrgreen:
so, instead, we see Asher being Asher, just like the "old days"...... "hey Alby, watch this....oh mommmmm, mommmm, check it out, look at the pretty low number!... " (background noise of Alby snickering and high fives)...."yes! more yummies for the cover boyz tonight"....

Hanging in there. Happy the numbers came down. Wondering if Asher will ever stop this bouncing :?
Weird travel schedule for Tom and I lately. I got back from Boston, he left for Ohio, he gets back, then I am in Philly for 4 days, home for a bit, then back to Chicago.
So there are clothes on the floor, various equipment crates and suitcases half unpacked and sifted thru for that one item....everything is calm and normal :lol: :lol: :lol:
But we are blessed to have some work, time for parental eldercare, and time for kitty care. I’ll take it

So 116 at +5pm. Pretty similar to last night. I just fed a fork full of gravy lovers. I do have to sleep a little bit tonight.
So Carl, do you think I ride this out or am I gonna have to reduce again, at least at night? He has been so much lower at night this year overall.

No, you don't need to stick it out if it's "down" you want to move. You could drop it for the PM dose and leave the AM dose as is. This is 2 nights in a row, and sleep is actually a requirement for humans, so yeah, a reduction makes good sense. I just don't want to see "up" happen!
If he goes too low at night, he's going to probably have days like today. And with daily bounces, you won't be able to tell if the 2.6 is working during the daylight cycle. So, if 2.4 or 2.2 at night gives him good days and good nights, that would be awesome to see. We want his PS numbers to come down and take the nadirs low enough to help him heal (evidenced by the PS numbers coming down) without going so low as to make him bounce. If you can avoid the high flat days, then you'll find out what the best daytime dose is, and probably end up lowering that as well. I just wouldn't drop them both right now, because we haven't seen proof that 2.6 doesn't work in the daytime.
