Hi Everyone,
I know canned food is the best thing for Simba...I had tried forever ago w/failure. But finally decided to try again and slowly I am seeing results. However, i just bought a few brands that I thought he might like just to get him started and i still keep the dry food out. and he eats a little of the canned. I know there is binkys list, but is there any other list out there where i can just look and point to see which one is the best?
what do you guys all use? price isn't an issue, i just want the best for him..but i'm still confused about which ones to choose. Also I wanted to add that he is on b12 for neuropathy which he is doing wonderful on!! the dr was going to give up after 4 wks but I pushed for longer and i'm so glad i did! also he has an ongoing battle with pancreatitis, so not sure if that makes a difference in food or not

any input would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Michelle and Simba

Here are the food charts and lists:

List of low carb gluten free Fancy Feast

Any low carb brand/variety that your cat likes to eat, you can afford, and can find in the local stores is the "best" one, IMO  Some people feed only Fancy Feast or Friskies, others feed Merrick, Innova EVO, and other high end brands. Try a few different brands to see what your cat likes and doesn't like.

Do you plan on stopping the dry food? Even a few pieces can keep blood glucose levels too high. Many people free feed the canned food using a programmable timed feeder. You can give your cat a few pieces of hard low carb treats or freeze dried raw food to satisfy those "crunchies".
