Help with setting up spreadsheet on iPad

I have a google account and have downloaded Google drive and sheets. I click the link for tablets in the set up instructions on this site, click save and nothing. Please help if you can. I would really like to have this info on my iPad and eventually my galaxy phone. Thanks so much.

No, not at all, it was me. I didn't know I needed to download Google driver and sheets and before that I was fussing with it too much. IT was all me, I messed it up. I appreciate your very kind gesture

No, you didn't do anything wrong. It's just very important that the instructions on the SS sticky I did in the tech forum are followed pretty much exactly.
