It’s so close to 200, I’d say go ahead and shoot the regular dose as long as you can get a +2

Thank you! I gave Gemma her current dose, although a bit late. She has had some blues around Nadir but it threw me at her PMPS. I am actually delighted that her number are finally falling. I'll update at +2.

That’s great! And yes, the idea is to start getting used to shooting at lower preshot numbers, but I know it’s a bit scary especially at night

At least I am home to monitor at night. 3-4 days a week I work 90 minutes away from home so I have 11 hour days and don't have anyone to check on her so I am going to have to be conservative with shooting. I do have an automatic feeder that I use to feed her snacks.
