Help understanding SS jargon

I have my spread sheet all set up. How do I access it? Also, where do I find what all of it means? I'm off to gym, but will be back later this evening and any help would be very much appreciated. My cats numbers are weird from the two times I've tested. One was 250 then in the morning 426 or something like that. I need to learn all this stuff.

AMPS - Morning Preshot test number
PMPS - Evening Preshot test number

+1/+2/+3...etc - number of hours after shot test was done

U - units
