Honestly, I don't know how I keep getting into such messes with the spreadsheet! But apparently I must have done something wrong because it's all wonky and I don't seem to be able to fix it . Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Oh it IS funky isn't it! OK, let's fix it but you'll have to do it so here's how:

Delete all the lines starting at line 60 all the way to the last one with lines around it. To do that:
* Click on the 60 row line to the far LEFT to highlight the whole line
* Scroll down to the very LAST line (about 365-ish) that has borders
* Hold down SHIFT and click the row line number of that last row - it will highlight all those bad lines
* RIGHT click in the highlighted area and choose DELETE ROWS - if it asks 'Are you Sure', say Yes

Now you should see the 'add lines' button with a box to it's right.

* Change that number to 20 (mine defaults to 1000) and click 'Add lines'. New lines will appear but they won't be formatted yet
* Click in COLUMN A (date column) of line 59
* Hold down SHIFT and click in the 'comments' cell on that same line - that should highlight the whole line.
* Ctrl/C to copy (google doesn't like the 'copy' command on the menus)

NOW drop down to line 61, the first new line added.
* Click in the first cell (Column A)
* Hold down SHIFT and click in the 'Notes' column (wide one) of the LAST line - this highlights the whole new area
* RIGHT click in the newly highlighted area - a submenu will appear
* Choose 'Paste Special' - another submenu will appear
* Choose 'Paste Format Only' - you'll see borders appear

Click anywhere else in the spreadsheet to get rid of the highlights and VOILA! DONE!

This sounds complicated but it took longer for me to type this than it will take you to actually do it. Tag me if you have question!

Lol, you have no idea how much of an idiot I am! I will try this tomorrow, thanks. :)

@Squeaky and KT - Those instructions you typed out are GREAT! I just pasted them into a doc that I named "Wonky SS Fix!" & filed them for future reference ... and tagged the page @ bottom with "Compliments of Squeaky and KT!" You're brilliant! :)
Yes, @Squeaky and KT gave me awesome instructions! :) The reason I can't fix my spreadsheet is not because of the directions, it's because my keyboard has a limited number of keys that don't work and one that is necessary to us to fix the problem happens to be one of the unusable ones. :(

Lucy - there's always more than one way to eat a bear!

* Go to your ssheet and click on 'share' - a box will appear with 2 sections. The second part will say 'People' above it - it should also have a dropdown to the right saying 'can edit'.
* In the people space, type in my google ID: dakotasqueaky @ yahoo.com (<-remove spaces)
* Click 'Done' then let me know it's there by either posting here or sending me a pm. When it's there, I'll go in and fix it for you. When I'm done, do the same things above again but REMOVE my ID.

I've not done it before but I know it works - what I don't yet know is if I can do it from the 'pub' page or if I'll have to have the link to the actual 'ccc' sheet. I'll let you know if I need that....

YUMMY! We iz eatin' bear.... :)
