Help Needed - Wenchie is barely eating, Chewy failed me and I'm afraid she won't live until tomorrow

The vet said even 1 dose of the enzyme powder will start her feeling better.

Did the vet also give Wenchie a B-12 injection and start her on the TAMU protocol for cobalamin (B12) supplementation? It won’t hurt, might help, and there was at least one study that showed a possible better outcome when the two are done in conjunction.
