Help needed in Health with micro-dosing (<.25u)

Shai is down to .25u with Fitzel, and she needs someone to help explain how to draw up smaller doses. Fitzel had some 30's yesterday, and looks to need a reduction rather than skipping on blue preshots. Can someone assist?
