Help low PMPS 116

Well it’s me again, I don't have a clue what is going on with Bell, we did a couple of test during the day to keep check, it’s on the SS, I DIDNT feed yet and going to test again in 30, but any idea what is causing these lower numbers at the end of the cycle? She did go up last night with no insulin and I don’t want her to do that, but Im at a loss of what to give her cause it terrifies me. Any advice greatly appreciated.

In my opinion, 116 is too low to shoot. You will have to skip again. I have not read yesterday's thread.
Tagging a few people to give dosing advice for the morning. I think Bell is done with the 2.5 units dose but I never used Vetsulin.

Hi Sharon,

I think 116 is way too low to give any Vetsulin at all.

I think the dose is still too high, hence the lopsided preshots. Numbers may be improving due to the recent dose reductions - less bouncing, etc.

Also stack that 141 under the 116 in the same cell

Let's say it was 5:00 PM
Now you tested 30 minutes later which was 141
You would put 141@+5.5 in the same cell under the 116
Might not notice it in your remarks

If you want to stall longer you can see what it is... But you may have to adjust shot time tomorrow.

Thanks for your reply, she already had her dinner as she was extremely hungry, I’m trying to figure out what to give in the morning now

I think Diane got that 5 stuck in her head.....you'd put 141 @ +12.5 since it had been 12 1/2 hours since the last shot. It would still go in the PMPS cell under the 116
