Help - Font Too Large Again (Did It Again)

Ok, don't know what I did, but I did it again. The font is too large again. Would someone please help me? I remember typing, and my fingers on my left hand slipped to some key, and my right hand hit another key simultaneously.

Try holding down the Shift key and hitting the - (minus sign) key.
