I don't know what to do right know my cat is due for his dose but the number is 104 on my relion, but I can't be skipping doses all the time right? :-| :-|

Hi. I don't know what kind of insulin you are using, but if you find that you have to keep skipping doses, maybe the dose should be lowered a bit.
What test numbers do you have?

I'm using lantus 1 unit twice a day and lately most of his PS's are under 150. right now his PS was 104.

I just went back and read your previous thread.

Since you are new to this, I would skip this shot if it is due now, and then start over with 0.5 units twice a day starting tonight (as long as his number is not too low tonight, of course).

Just to let you know, with that +12 last night of 149 and the 76 two hours later, I would have tested more, last night.
We can usually tell by the +2 test whether the cycle is going to be active or not, and when the numbers are the same or the +2 is lower than the Pre Shot test, then it's often an active cycle (meaning, his blood sugars could have gone down more and more as the hours passed).
