Sweet Pea had a bounce yesterday and her Lantus was reduced from 1 to .75. She vomited this afternoon but was acting fine after. PMPS was 276 she ate her dinner and then vomited. Should I give her insulin?

I'm not familiar with Sweet Pea's history. There is a recent history of pretty high numbers. As we know, cats can withstand high numbers for awhile. But a single low number can turn into hypoglycemia and potential fatality. In your case today, I probably would withhold insulin since there is no food to buffer the insulin.

Over time, you might consider increasing the dose to drive down the reds and blacks.
