Lucy isn't doing well, not sure where to go from here. She was just diagnosed with diabetes(5/29). She can't move at all, shaking, and is urinating on herself.

History
4/1: Diagnosed with Fatty Liver Disease and received a feeding tube. Was giving her 130ml of Hill's i/d through her tube until she could eat on her own again. Had a smooth recovery and was eating on her own within 1-2 weeks.
4/15: Diagnosed with Lymphoma, was given Prednisolone (1.6ml every 12 hrs)
She was doing fantastic up until recently..
5/1: Tube infection, was given Doxycycline (4ml every 12 hrs)
5/27: Stopped eating on her own. Started trembling, staggers "drunken sailor", urinating inappropriately (next to her box), hiding
5/29: Diagnosed with diabetes and has a UTI, was given Vetsulin (1 unit every 12 hrs)
Since her last appointment, she has been going down hill. She can not move(very stiff), is constantly shaking and is urinating on herself. Every time she is picked up, her shaking is amplified. I just bought a meter last night for testing (Relion confirm) and received the following numbers last night after 1 unit of Ventolin:
Pre-meal/Before insulin: 267 - 11pm
151 - 1:30 am
167 - 4:30 am
215 - 11:40 am

Medications:
Vetsulin 1 unit every 12 hrs
Prednisolone 1.6ml with food, every 12 hrs
Doxycycline 4ml with food, every 12 hrs
Mirtazapine(7.5mg) 1/2 tab in AM
Opeprazole(20mg) 1/4 tablet in AM
Cerenia(16mg) 1/4 tablet in AM

Food:
Hills i/d, has been receiving 100ml the last few days, but I plan to get her to 140ml.

I'm going to test her again and feed after this post.
EDIT( 215 at 11:40 am)
I'm concerned with her lack of movement and urinating on herself. I'm not sure if her lack of movement is due to a seizure or stroke. Is this the end, or can her movement improve?

I don’t have any ideas but just here to cheer you on! It seems you’re on top of everything & have done so great for your kitties health! Is there an emergency vet you could get to? Anything is possible with the right treatment. Maybe someone that has more info will chime in! Hang in there...:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thank you Becky! Yes, I have a 24 hr emergency vet near. I just did a reading, she's at 215, not sure if I should give her insulin in 20 mins or not. I just fed her 50ml of food.

Keep us updated. We're not just about diabetes, people here have experience with everything. Hope all goes well.

Yikes, I hope you get an easy answer from the vet. I know that sometimes cerenia can cause tremors, which go away when the drug is stopped. I don't know if it fits this profile. Fingers crossed for good news for Lucy

Any update? This doesn't seem like a diabetes symptom. I hope your cat will be ok. Do let us know what the vet said.

That's very sad. "Truly at a loss" from Off topic is quietly posting free syringes in supply closet. I want to say something but it would be stating the obvious and just opening a fresh wound.
