Help - Cat in pain after being sent home and have no pain medicine

Hi,
Freckles was sent home with me with a feeding tube to treat hepatitis lipidosis after having pancreatitis and dka.
She is in the loaf position but perched on her paws and will not rest her head and when I look in her eyes I’m not sure she even sees me. What should I do? I’m not sure I can take her back to the emergency hospital because it’s becoming way too expensive. But I can’t see her like this. They sent me home with no pain medication even though I asked for it.
Any advice is welcome.

It sounds like you need buprenorphine for pain and ondansetron for nausea. I’m sorry the vets aren’t giving you all you need to keep your cat comfortable.
