Hello, could anyone offer any advice as to which is the best wet food to give to my girl Amber? She is currently having Purina Hypoallergenic dry food as recommended by our vet but she is not a fan and much prefers wet food. Just looking for the best one/options to give. Much appreciated.

Amber has never had a food allergy problem at all. He said it would help with her diet. This all stemmed from when she had a Hypo. She is fully recovered now - she was on canusulin and now is on PZI.

Her readings are all over the place - up / down - high/Low. She’s on 2.5units twice a day.

Amber has been diabetic now for a year and a half and my vet said her diabetes was not in control. All I have ever done is follow their advice.

I feed her twice a day and nothing in between as recommended. I do her BGs at home and as mentioned they are all over the place. When I send to the vets all they Say is increase or decrease the insulin by 25%.

I do absolutely everything I can, she is completely happy in herself - she does drink a little more than usu though.

Any help would be appreciated im at a loss and don’t know what to do. She’s my world

I feed mainly Friskies with a little Fancy Feast pates. Just feed consistent amount and about same % carbs and calories.
Your SS is not up to date (last entry Apr 2022) so I can't tell what is going one. What can make a difference is where you inject since absorption can different in different locations, including same location but on different side of the body. Also needle length can affect absorption

Fancy feast pates ; sheba pates; weruva wet; and stellas & chewys freeze dried raw were the biggest hits in my house ( pre kidney disease diagnosis). Double checking that youve seen Dr piersons food chart ( my bible ;) ) HERE
