I've been looking at various topics on this forum ever since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, and I've decided to join!
So a little bit about me (but mostly my cats): I'm 21 and have two special kitties. My eldest is 10 years old, and my diabetic cat is only 5 years. We don't know why she became diabetic, she was never overweight even though she was a bigger kitty (tall and very fluffy!). We got her diagnosis October 16th and started treating her the following week. I was super anxious about giving her the needles but I am pretty much fine with it now!
Anyways, I hope I'll get to learn more about how other people care for their fur babs, and that I will be able to further help my own kitty.
