Hello from Sandi and Chase (AZ)

I just wanted to say hello. My Chaser Kitty was diagnosed 2 weeks ago. I am administering Lantus and have FINALLY found food that Chase will eat. It took 2 weeks to find the right combo, but we finally have success. He is almost 11 and has only ever eaten dry food. No one ever told me it wasn't good for felines. And because he is very particular to "texture" (who knew), he wasn't getting into any of the wet foods, especially the Purina DM, which is what I want to give him. He wasn't eating much at all when we first started insulin, and someone suggested baby food. He ate it up. I don't want to continue giving him baby food, so for now I am mixing it with the DM food in my Nutribullet. He LOVES it. :( So here we are, and today I am doing a glucose curve at home. I am very grateful to have found this group. :)

Thank you. It seems to always be a bit cumbersome when using forums. Who can I ask to change my account name from Sandi to Chase and Sandi? Do you know if I can?
 
Yes, you can. Look at the right end of the dark blue bar at the top of this page and click on your name. In the menu that appears, click on signature and then go to the very bottom of the list that appears on the left side of the page. Under "Advanced Options" , you'll see "change username". Click on that. Enter your new user name and click "save".

I was clueless about forums when I came here but have learned a little bit.

Thank you. I looked but couldn't figure it out so I did a new account. It says when you open a new account that you can't change your screen name. :(
