Hello all, I haven't been on this page since I had to have my sugar cat, Sammy, PTS when he threw a clot. I miss him still, he was my big furry baby. He was very good about his shots, being tested and would come and get me when it was time for the shot.

I have posted to give away some supplies that I found in a cabinet in my bathroom. Forgot all about them. So, if you need supplies, please pm or email me.

I am so sorry about Sammy. I saw in your other post that it was a saddle thrombosis. Our civvie, Homer, had underlying heart disease, and every time he would wobble in the least, I thought for sure he had thrown a clot as well. So scary.

But how kind of you to offer Sammy's supplies, and to also give a glimmer of hope to newbies that diabetes can be managed for many years successfully.

My deepest condolences.

Thank you both. I have a picture hanging above my computer of his face, looking up at me where he would sit on his "begging" stool at meal times. He was such a great cat!
