Hello from myself and my cat Loki

Hello everyone,
I'm Jamie and my cat is Loki, we are from the UK. We found out a week and a half ago that Loki is diabetic, which came as a bit of a shock as he's only 6. I've been lurking around the forum for the past week, looking at recommended foods and such, however, I have finally decided to join and post a hello :)
 
Welcome. There are quite a few members from the UK here. Come on over and post in the Health Forum telling us more about Loki, his insulin needs, and any questions you might have.
 
Hello Jamie and Loki! My cat too was just diagnosed at the age of 6! I was shocked as well. You have come to the right place for advice. The people here are great!

I haven't posted my own welcome yet, but I had to say hello as I too have a black cat named Loki (though my Loki is female). My Loki was diagnosed back in the beginning of August so I too am new to world of diabetic cats.
