Good afternoon/evening to all.
I was not able to write here for a long time because i was away from home and Raffy. (I was at Albania)
His BG was under control with 38U, he was sufing between 100-200s.
Last month my wife took him to our new Vet beacuse of his walking difficulties, especially when he was going up and down from stairs.
After all inspections, Vet diagnose calcification at rear legs and neck, so he has decided to put golden implants.
Just after that operation (5-10 days) BG level started to decrease in a high rate. We have seen 20-30s.
As a result of this we ve started to decrease
the dose and right now we are on 34 but he
is still surfing between 50-70s.
So do u think , is it a result of implants or ....?

Neko had that too. It's like a bad case of arthritis. I have never heard of gold implants being used for that. Pain or inflammation can raise the blood sugar. Maybe if that has been addressed, he needs a bit less insulin.
