Heart Meds messing w/ Numbers??4/16 Smudge AMPS 224 +7.5 461 PMPS 449

For those with experience, are the heart meds driving her numbers up? She was increased to the lasix 2x/day this week and since then her numbers are sky high? I'm wondering if the extra diuretic affect is making her run a bit dehydrated, which would affect her sugar levels. Anyone know for sure???
 
Are any of the meds compounded? Make sure none have sugar in them.

Smokey's cocktail of compounded meds, I made sure pharmacy knew he was diabetic and no sugar or sweetener could be used. He also got lasix twice a week. I did not notice changes in glucose.

Two times a day seems like a lot, might want to check on that. Are his potassium levels going to be monitored closely?
 
I didn't notice a difference with either any heart meds. I was giving Vetmedin as a powder (in a gel cap) and didn't do Lasix for long, but it was a liquid. What is the Lasix dose? We had one member who noticed a difference with Lasix injectable, but not in pill format.
 
Also, could you note on your spreadsheet the dose and when you started giving Lasix twice a day? Vetmedin I did twice a day too.
 
One of the meds is compounded and now I'm wondering about that, will revert to the original version and see if that changes anything this evening.
