Lately I've been seeing a lot of basic questions that are covered in the stickies, as well as answers that are not necessarily consistent with what is in the stickies. Everyone, new and old, can benefit from reading the stickies at least once a week.
If you are very new, some of the information about low numbers might not make sense until you find yourself in that situation, but it is still a good idea to familiarize yourself with the resources we have so when it's your turn to experience low numbers, you'll know where to look for information.
If you have questions about something in the stickies, please ask. Obviously the stickies cannot cover every situation, but they are a very good primer and I think they do a good job of addressing situations that are the norm.
