Have anyone use PetAlive product for treat Bladder problem?

Hello,
My cat Miko had diabetes over 4year. His leukocytes in the urine continue to be 3plus. And WBC up to 500/ul in urine.
His urinary tract infection was treated with 5 different brand antibiotic for 4month.
There hasn't been anymore bacteria in his urine but the leukocytes are still 3 plus & WBC are very high (up to 500/ul).
Miko glucose level maintain 5.0 - 6.9mmol (using Lantus 1unit am/pm)

Do anyone have use this Brand before PetAlive - Better-Bladder Control™ & UTI-Free™.
Is it suitable for my cat?

An urinalysis usually includes measuring some attributes of the urine with a multipad test strip. One pad is for leukocytes and 99%+ it is false positive for cats. The urinalysis also usually includes a microscopic analysis. Usually cell counts are reported as number per field of the microscope like X per HPF (high power field)
- Does a blood analysis show any abnormalities?
- Was urine cultured?

all good only below 2 item is a bit high.

SGPT: 94 U/L (Cat: 13-75) a bit high
Urea : 98 mg/dl (Cat: 21-64) a bit high

For urine test on 25/April/13.
Color: Yellow
Appearance : Clear
Specific Gravity: 1.030
pH: 6.0
Nitrite : Not-Detected
Leucocytes: +++
Protein: Not-Detected
Glucose: Not-Detected
Ketones: Not-Detected
Bilirubin: Not-Detected
Blood: Not-Detected
RBC : 0/uL
WBC: 500/uL
Epithelial Cells: 0
Bacteria: Not-Detected

We have try 5 brand of Antibiotic in 6 month. On Feb2013 test urine WBC going down to 75/uL & Leucocytes ++.
But until now also same WBC on urine very high to 500/uL.
I searching online and find this 'Pet Alive' brand. They recommend me to below 3 products.
