Thanks for caring. :YMHUG:
Last night I gave him fluids and it went pretty well, the syringe feeding went a little better too. I carried him in his bed out to the living room to his favorite napping spot and we just hung out snuggling and talking.
This morning he is having a very hard time breathing, he is so sick, he can't walk more than a few steps at a time and he cries, his cries are heartbreaking.
I've done alot of reading on Tanya's CRF site and have realized that he has 14 of the symptoms of end stage kidney failure, he is not going to rally, he is not going to be restored to the strong and proud hunter he once was. I've decided to spare him the indignity and pain and will be setting him free today at 11 cst.
Please say a prayer for my boy to have a peaceful and gentle passing. And maybe light a candle to brighten up his journey to the bridge.
Love you guys,
Peace
Robin
