Hairball Remedy?

My poor little guy is having some trouble with hairballs this week. What do you guys use for hairball relief? The stuff I usually use has apple powder in it, so I'm afraid it would bump his numbers. Suggestions?

I've seen people on here use 100% white plain petroleum jelly (a small dab on the paw), cat grass, unsalted butter (small amount mixed in food), coconut oil (small amount mixed in food or plain).


I have been giving mine a little bit of coconut oil to help with hair balls and dander.
