Hi all. We're slow going with the testing, but committed to doing it this week. We have picked up the dry DM, so no more grazing on that during the day. I need to figure out a way to make sure Mama Cat can get more wet food during the week while no one is home. Problem is her baby (Baby Cat, of course ... and they are aged 10 and 9 ) will eat anything that is left out before anyone else can get any.
Anyway, my question this morning is more general. When they did all the blood work many many months ago, they shaved patches of fur. These patches have never grown back. We have had her tested for Cushing ... negative. When the vet ran glucose curves, she had normal levels. Now we want to test at home in an effort to try to figure this all out. I'm just wondering what to do if her levels are fine and we're giving her all wet food and still no fur growth and weight gain?
Anyone else experience this and what did you do?
