Question: Keeping in mind that I'm running very low on lancets and I expect my order to arrive Monday which I can't collect until after work, should I re-test Grem in one or two hours? 76 is low for +4 for him. And he's just eaten.
 
I would test in 1 hour.
If you are running low on lancets I would use them a few times and put under boiling water after each use. It's not ideal and not recommended but I have done it when I was running low. That's better than running out and not testing.
 
I can't do that with his lancets, it's a cartridge of 6 in a device. If I run out, I'll have to use his syringes and that's not ideal, also difficult and expensive. I can get more lancets at the chemist if I'm desperate, I just don't want to do that as they cost twice as much and I'm broke this week due to car costs.

Looks like I'll lose my weekend. Chronic fatigue is going to flare up after tonight! Oh well, such is life.

Grem is super happy, purring, and snuggled on my lap in bed at the moment.
