Hello again, Lantus Land!
His Majesty Karre the Emperor of Basically Everything send you all his fond regards from the Falls. He asks that I let you know how happy he is to have been able to return, and to meet so many of his old LL friends there. Also, he requests that all the rest of the LL kitties come and visit - or, even better, move to the Falls themselves! He sends many, many vines to all LL beans and kitties, and hopes that everyone has a happy Caturday! And of course, he wants you all to know how very much it meant to him to have such an absolutely spectacular OTJ Send-Off, and that he did his best to instruct me just how to thank each and every one of you in the Tribute to LL.
His Royal WCR remains just as it should be. His BGs do as well: 5.5/99 (16th August) --- 5.9/106 and 4 hours later 5.3/95 (17th August) --- 5.2/94 (18th August). Thank you for asking Melanie (of Melanie & Racci). Today was a beautiful sunny Saturday here at the tip of Africa. On days like these, we like to go hiking - we didn't today, because we still have our friend visiting and she didn't feel like a hike this morning - but even so, I thought I'd post a couple of photographs from one of our favourite hikes up to a boulder called "Meditating Man." I just love the view from the top the Meditaing Man's head. The first photo shows the view towards Hout Bay, where we live, and yes, that's me on top of the boulder. It was supremely scary to climb up there, but once I'd reached the top, it was incredible. The other shows the view of Llandudno, another suburb of Cape Town. If any of you ever make it all the way down here, I'd love to take you on that hike. It's very beautiful up there.
I hope you all have had or are having a wonderful weekend so far!
