I know having my chart to show would be more helpful, I have not gotten around to it yet, apologies. Here are Cookie's readings for today, if previous day reading are needed let me know. These are the best readings she's gotten so far, I do believe she was bouncing the last two days after a low 50 a few days ago. Anyway:

8:00 am: Pre-feeding number: 222
8:00 am: Fed and shot 1u of Lantus
12:3o pm: Reading of 132
8:25 pm: Pre-feeding number: 143

I have fed her but did not give her the evening 1u of Lantus. I feed her Tiki Cat, zero carb wet food, so I'm extra cautious of shooting at that number. Please advise, thanks! I assume I should wait maybe 2 hours and retest? Is it correct that I probably shouldn't shoot unless she gets to 200?

I am sorry, but without the data, ie. the spreadsheet, I cannot say whether to shoot. We suggest that brand new people do not shoot below 200. With data, that "no shoot" number can be lowered. However, she does seem to be responding nicely to the Lantus. Don't worry if she is higher tomorrow with a skipped shot. Next time, do NOT feed, and post for help.

Thanks Wendy&Neko! Yes, I am excited about her numbers! It explains why she's been more chipper today. Thanks for the advice, will do.
