hello friends! we got the answer i have prayed for. thanks to the generous gracious ppl at DCIN, larry is going to switch to lantus!
we appreciate all of u who comment, and support us. some of u have been around since day 1. thanks for the loyalty. we appreciate any new/different ppl also.

ty terri. cant wait to start the new journey. know nothing much abt lantus yet. we will be starting all over, but hopefully larry will fell evn better and do better with testing, which has been the hard part.

Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! This is wonderful news. Yes, it will mean learning a new way to interpret his numbers, but it should work so much better for him.
 
:mrgreen: i sure hope so. paws crossed. the 500s suck. strange i have only seen them since i left his insulin out that night. i cant think of any other changes. if he gets into blues and evn green, i wont know what to do! wow.

Congratulations on being able to make the switch to Lantus!
Keep up with the testing and you both will do great. Let's hope the 500s soon will be a distant memory. :mrgreen:
 
thanks carolyn! we still look forward to meeting u 1 day. ur the only person nearby i know. good to know sum1 local. i am not far from big macs either! the burgers. oh i would kill for some fast food. ha
