Good mosturizing shampoo?

Hi!

Anybody have a good moisturizing shampoo recommendation for Rufus? He has allergies which makes him lick and scratch and in the winter gets dandruff. This year has been a little worse (from the diabetes?) Anyways, looking for a good shampoo that's hydrating

got rid of diabetic cats fungus looking dandruff on his tail and the allergy dermatitis bumps & scabs on his back quickly. recently our orange cat got scabs galore and dandruff on his back and was licking away, not sure from what but, i do think it was the plant enzyme stuff. stop the enzyme and applied the petsilver and it cleared 95% of it up within 4 days and i only applied twice a day. i put nozzle against fur/skin when spraying it on cats in like 3 lines and i than massage it into their skin.
