Good High Carb Food for Hypo episode?

My cat likes Fancy Feast Dry food and used to eat it on a regular basis. Would this be a good food to keep on hand for emergencies? I have tried Fancy ?Feast Gravy Lover's, but he doesn't seem to like it.

Dry isn't the best for bringing up low numbers because it can quickly fill up a cat who might not be able to eat more, even if they need to eat more. You can make your own HC "gravy" by mixing regular, LC food with some honey or karo and water.
