Would appreciate if some folk could look at the curve I did yesterday on Catee. I tested on the AlphaTrak and Relion meters.

Not sure what to make of it. He went down about +2, +4 and then started going back up.
Really would like some advice on if I need to do a OTJ trial or continue on Insulin. He Does free feed on Purina DM dry cat food.

He looks really good. Yes, he drops early but he is in excellent numbers. As I have said before, I am just not sure he can manage OTJ on dry food, but who knows.

No good answer. You could try an OTJ trial for a couple cycles and see if he stays down on his own. No insulin might push his numbers up, but maybe not. I guess try a trial but be prepared to start again.

So, OTJ is 40-120 for two weeks, off insulin, with the majority of the time in double digits.

Thank you all for responding, he is doing very well.
Noted that he should be between 40 to 120, with majority of that in the double digits. Would this be Relion numbers?

I will consider OTJ trial.

I'm looking for dosage advice too. My little guy has been in low 100's all day. I lowered dose this morning..now he's reading 112--do I skip insulin tonight?

Definitely. You don't want to shoot when the number is that low. Tomorrow morning, he might be high, after 24 hours since the last shot, but I would reduce the dose. If you get a number that low after 12 hours, the dose needs to be reduced.
