I recently started using a ReliOn Prime for Noodle and his numbers had been starting to drop a bit, which is what I was hoping for, given that I have been raising his dose gradually. On his PMPS test, I used 3 different meters and one was 334, one was 299 and one was 243! All from the same drop of blood and all at the same time. My ReliOn Ultima had conked out so I bought the Prime because I saw that many members here use it. Can anyone tell me, in general, if they find the Prime to be consistent and accurate. My vet is out of town till next Fri. so I can't take Noodle and compare my meter to his. How in the world do I interpret results and make good dosing judgments with meter numbers all over the place? Help!

Those values are well withing the +/- 20% accuracy of the meters. Just use one meter and stick with it unless it breaks/run out of strips and you need to use another one.
You are really looking for trends, not exact BG values.
