Glipizide for Diabetic Cat ??

Is glipizide oral medication safe to use even though it may take months to get into the system ???

I say it is safe to use. However, it very very very seldom works for cats. My first diabetic cate, Gray Ghost used it for a month before going to insulin. The Glib did not lower BG at all
