Glen 10/01 PMBG 77

Glen had his dental today. His PMBG is 77.
He's eaten a good amount but the poor guy was famished!
He's resting comfortably.

The vet and tech were super impressed with how I (we) have managed Glen's diabetes!

I'll continue to monitor Glen AMBG & PMBG.

He had 13 teeth out!

Wow! Was it his first dental ever? I don't know if you were told but my vet always has me feed no more than 1/2 the usual amount of food the first night.

Wow! Was it his first dental ever? I don't know if you were told but my vet always has me feed no more than 1/2 the usual amount of food the first night.

No he had one before! He broke a tooth off that they had to remove the root from. That was about 5 years ago.

They just said to give him small amounts of food. I gave him a couple teaspoons every 30 minutes or so. I thought he ate a whole can but he put the rest in the fridge So he's had about half a tin of FF, and some water,

It's nice to get some positive feedback from your vet!! So many of us have to fight with ours (or ignore them completely)
