Hello everyone. I am new to this forum as a poster, but up until a few days ago, was an avid reader and gained a good deal of information here.

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes in the last 3 weeks, but then took a sudden, mysterious downturn and passed away a week ago. We learned he had cancer.

So here I am with a practically new bottle of Lantus Glargine that cost $265 at Costco. I am willing to part with it for much less and it's been kept refrigerated since I picked it up from the pharmacy. It likely contains 8-9ml of the original 10ml.

I'd hate to see it go to waste when another kitty in need might benefit from it. Feel free to email me if interested.

So sorry about your loss! Where are located(just state), that might help narrow it down. Also you might want to post in the Supply Closet forum.

I'm so sorry for your loss. With my first kitty I found out the day I put her down that she had cancer everywhere. Just like you started treating for diabetes , I was treating for CRF. Take care. :bighug:

Just wanted to add my sympathy too - I'm sorry you lost your little one.

Thanks for being willing to share. I'm certain someone would be very grateful to connect with you.

Oh my goodness. How touching to read your heartfelt replies. Yes. It's been a tough week... I always loved Mr. Kitty (or Kitty Man as I often called him), but never realized just how much he gave me in our 13 years together. His absence is definitely being felt, as he would sit on the counter as I did my makeup in the morning, to head bonks throughout the day...taking naps together, seeing me off from the big front window as I pulled out of the driveway and always being there when I opened the door to greet me home again.

Treasure each and every day you have with your sweet babies everyone...the time flies by oh so fast. I thank you so very much again for your warmth. :)
