Part of my problem is that last year, J.D. had his Birthday on a Tuesday and I wanted so much to be home and off, but we were short staffed and I knew I would have to work and I knew it (I guess I knew it) would be his last Birthday. So, there are those memories.
I have been working long hours lately. My car registration is due at the end of the month and I used that as an excuse to flee work, as Tuesdays are their evening hours. But, Ginger's Birthday was more important, so instead of going to Motor Vehicles, I went to the Pet Store. I bought two Yeowww Rainbows and gave them to Ginger when I got home. She liked them and said they were both hers, and covered them with her body and when Jackson tried to "gingerly" touch one with his outstretched paw, she growled and claimed them as hers hers hers.
We then went for a walk, just us girls, and she enjoyed some one on one time with me. And some cat treats..
As I was talking to a neighbor, she climbed up into a tree. She then came in for her first dinner of HC yummies and loved that, and then we went out for another walk. And now it's bed time. So, I think she enjoyed herself, but she still wants to go back outside. She is now on my computer desk getting some late night lovings.
Thank you all so much for Ginger's Birthday Wishes

You guys and gals mean so much to me.
