Ginger and Jackson

I finally got a weekend off this weekend. We relaxed today.

Jackson just had some of his catnip. He loves that stuff.

It has been fairly nice here, so far, this summer.
A robin decided to make her nest right outside of my condo. Not such a great place with my two cats sometimes going outside.
I did see the cardinal today, while we were outside today and threw him a peanut. He went for it. He had two children with him, and did not share with them. He is stingey with his peanuts. He doesn't share with his wife either.

Jackson did some serious squirrel chasing this morning, and was panting again. I just took him inside. It wasn't even hot outside. He did make some big fishtails of dirt flying as he was twisting and turning trying to chase those wiley squirrels though.

The times I don't have my camera with me.. I saw Ginger kissing and licking Jackson face again today.

Wonderful pictures of your beautiful kitties! For years I tried to grow catnip in pots like that, and the neighborhood cats would tear my plants to shreds. I know it wasn't mine because mine were indoor only. Hope you enjoyed your day off, it sure looks like Jackson enjoyed his day!

Hi Dyana! great pictures - and great to hear from you! Love that giant catnip plant - we have that same kind. Looks like Jackson loves it. Ginger looks like she's the queen.
