Gave shot too early

I accidentally gave Louie his shot 2 hrs early! I misread my log. I was supposed to inject at 9:30, not 7:30!
I did this back in the fall and ended up staying up with him until almost 3 am. but he was ok. I hate diabetes!!!!

By testing before every shot will let you know what his glucose is even if you accidentally shoot early. That will also eliminate the stress worrying if he will become hypoglycemic.

Testing is so traumatic for both of us. He’s been doing great. We got his weight back up and he’s been eating and drinking normally and playing.

I just took it and it’s 495. His shot was a little over 3 hrs ago.
